The Economy
I believe, an excellent economy depends on the friendliness of the business environment. Therefore, I have proactively fought for simplification of regulations and tax system. In order to create a business-friendly environment, the government should not launch a sales tax. Most importantly, we must facilitate the growth of small and medium sized enterprises since they are the pillars of our economy. At the same time, we should strengthen our advantages, attract talents and help develop value-added services and creative industries.

我深信，卓越的經濟發展有賴一個有利的營商環境。因此，我積極向政府爭取簡化法規和簡化稅制，不宜開徵銷售稅，以營造有利的營商環境；最重要是維護中小企，因為他們是我們的經濟支柱，亦是最需要我們支援的。與此同時，我們亦必須強化香港的優勢，爭取高質素人才的供應，並鼓勵高增值及創意行業發展，提升企業競爭力，優化經濟結構。
Political Beliefs
Hong Kong people have made their aspirations for democracy loud and clear. Now is the time to act in order to see these goals realised. We must work together as a community to develop a solid political system under which people can enjoy freedom to choose without jeopardising the overall stability. We, the Liberal Party, is pushing for the existing accountability system to be strengthened and demand representation from major political parties in the Executive Council. The number of electorates needs to increase in the selection of the Chief Executive in 2007 as well as the 2008 Legco Election.
Hong Kong people have displayed strength, wisdom and grace even during the toughest of times. I am confident these qualities will serve us well in getting ready for full democracy.

自由黨促請政府完善高官問責制，改善行政立法關係，以吸納更多政黨代表加入行政會議。 同時，我們又支持增強07及08年行政長官及立法會選舉的代表性。
無論順逆，香港人自有共其力量與智慧去從容面對。我相信，憑藉我們的獨有特質，定必可昂然邁向全面民主之路途進發
